The origins of the Watts story begin all the way back in the spring of 1952, in Sydney, Australia. A 20 year-old aussie named Kevin Watts had just met with an American architect that instilled in him the belief of the American Dream. Only a couple weeks later, Kevin boarded a ship called the SS Oronsay and went west where he accomplished even more than he knew was possible. In 1976, Kevin and his two oldest sons, Russ & Greg, each started their own Watts company with Kevin as an architect, Russ as a builder, and Greg as a broker. They have worked together ever since to create and sell residential communities, custom luxury homes, commercial projects, and make any client's dream a reality.
