Professional Staging

In order to get your home to sell fast and for more money we'll do a walkthrough of your home to assess whether it needs complete or accessory staging. We want our clients' homes to be updated with current design trends so that they attract the maximum amount of buyers.

Custom Website

We will create a custom website specific to your property with your very own online link, (eg. MidwayLuxury.com, Dutchfields.org, ValaisMidway.com). This website will serve as our main landing page during our coming to market phase.

Online Marketing

We have a team of professional photographers and videographers that will provide high resolution and aerial photos, 3D tour of the interior, and highlight video of the entire property so that we can market your home on hundreds of syndicated MLS websites.

Local Marketing

We will schedule Open House events and drive local traffic using our clientele and agent email/mailer networking lists, introducing your property with photos, videos, 3D tours, descriptions, listing information, and your exclusive property website.
